The Similipal Talks

This dialogue series at the collegiate level focuses on the multifaceted dimensions of Similipal. In association with STCF, each month, a distinguished expert will present a lecture on a topic pertinent to Similipal, which will be succeeded by a question-and-answer session held at the college. This initiative aims to engage students from various disciplines, allowing them to explore the diverse aspects of Similipal. In order to encourage critical thinking and interdisciplinary dialogue, Similipal talk series connects academic learning with real-world issues.

By inspiring students to consider innovative solutions to the challenges faced by the surround regions of Similipal, the series hopes to cultivate a sense of responsibility and stewardship among the next generation of leaders. Through this engagement, students will gain insights into the many folds of the lives of the local communities – fostering a deeper understanding of the area’s ecological, cultural, and economic significance.
